I don't want you wasting your own time waiting around for people to figure out how to help you.
This is a forum, and as such you may be waiting a while for a response, so I'd rather the response be:
"I can tell from the photo the answer to your question is 'x'"
and not:
"What are you talking about? Which hose? Can you post a picture?"
then you have to post the answer to their question and wait around for the answer to *your question again.
Good luck on getting this fixed asap though.
